Find Your Paws – Terms of Services for Breeder Testing

These terms set out what you can and cannot do with the Find Your Paws ("FYP") service available via the website https://www.findyourpaws.co.uk/ ("website") during the testing period. These terms are formed between Find Your Paws Ltd and the person or company named in the sign-up process ("you"). By using the website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

FYP reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Any change will be posted on the website and it shall be deemed to take effect when posted. Your continued use of the website following any change will constitute your acceptance to the modified terms. Therefore, you should read these terms from time to time for changes.

During the testing period, you will have access to limited content and services at no cost. Accordingly, since access to the website is provided free of charge, it is provided entirely on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. FYP does not make or give any representation or warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, currency, correctness, reliability, integrity, usefulness, quality, fitness for purpose, compatibility or originality of the website.

No implied conditions, warranties or other terms, including any implied terms relating to satisfactory quality or fitness for any purpose, will apply to the website. In particular, FYP does not warrant that the operation of the website will be uninterrupted, contaminant-free or error-free, or that it will meet your requirements.

  1. permit any third party to access or use the website or use the same on behalf of any third party;
  2. copy, reproduce, republish, recompile, redeliver, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, distribute, publish, display, modify, upload, post, transmit, or create derivative works from the website;
  3. attempt to discover or gain access to the source code for the website or reverse engineer, modify, decrypt, extract, disassemble or decompile the website including in order to: (i) build a competitive product or service; (ii) build a product using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics of the website; or (iii) copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics of the website;
  4. obscure, amend or remove any copyright notice, trade mark or other proprietary marking on, or visible during the operation or use of the website;
  5. provide false identity information to gain access to or use the website; or
  6. use the website transmit or distribute any virus and/or other code that has contaminating or destructive elements.

Only the named individuals who signed up to the website and were then granted access are authorised to access the website. Usernames and associated passwords must not be disclosed to or used by anyone other than the individual who signed up.

Nothing in these terms shall cause the ownership of any intellectual property rights belonging to FYP to be transferred to you.

FYP is not be liable (whether from breach of contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise) for any: (a) loss of profit; (b) loss of sales, turnover, revenue or business; (c) loss of customers, contracts or opportunity; (d) loss of or damage to reputation or goodwill; (e) loss of anticipated savings; (f) loss of any software or data; (g) loss of use of hardware, software or data; (h) loss or waste of management or other staff time; or (i) indirect, consequential or special loss; arising out of or relating to your use of the website. However, Nothing in these terms limits or excludes either party's liability for any liability which may not lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms will cease to apply when the testing period comes to an end or when you enter into FYP's Subscription Agreement, whichever is earlier. On expiry or termination for any reason, you will cease to have access to the website and any content on it and the username and password you have used will stop working.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts of in respect of all disputes arising out of or in connection with them.
